This is a wonderfully easy recipe that has a great pay-off in looks and taste!

1 Prepared Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
1 Gallon Ice Cream (any flavor)
Chocolate or Caramel Syrup
Whipped Cream
  1. Let Ice cream sit out on counter for about 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Scoop out almost all of the ice cream into the Pie Crust, making a nice mound in the center and place in the freezer for 30 min.
  3. Remove from freezer and drizzle on the Chocolate or Caramel Syrup and place back in the freezer for 10 min.
  4. Remove from freezer and put Whipped cream around the outside and in center of the Mud Pie.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
