1 Prepared Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
1 Gallon Ice Cream (any flavor)
Chocolate or Caramel Syrup
- Let Ice cream sit out on counter for about 10 minutes to soften.
- Scoop out almost all of the ice cream into the Pie Crust, making a nice mound in the center and place in the freezer for 30 min.
- Remove from freezer and drizzle on the Chocolate or Caramel Syrup and place back in the freezer for 10 min.
- Remove from freezer and put Whipped cream around the outside and in center of the Mud Pie.
- Serve and Enjoy!
